For monthly services, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Wire Transfer, eCheck, or check. We can either charge a credit card each month or send you an invoice. Your account can be setup to be billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Accounts billed yearly will receive one month of free service.

All Triple8 services are month to month. You can cancel at anytime. See our Terms of Service for more information.

You determine how long your data is stored through the settings in your backup software. You can store your data for a week, month, or even a year.
